I WANT TO BOOK IN - DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?

Yes. $50 or 20% of the purchase price, whatever is less.
If cancelling within 48 hours (aside from a genuine COVID reason) I will require the full payment. Thank you for understanding and supporting small businesses.

DO YOU DELIVER/CAN I PICK UP?

At this stage, all bakes are to be collected from my residence in Chelsea Heights.

If you live within 10km of Chelsea Heights, I may be able to deliver. This will incur a $10 additional fee if agreed.

DO YOU DO FONDANT WORK?

My current menu items do not include any fondant work. I aim to offer flavourful bakes that use fruit, chocolates, candies and other delicious decorations instead.

I THOUGHT YOU USED TO DO CUSTOM CAKES?

Yes I did, and I will likely do so again in future, however with family commitments at the moment, I have refined the business offerings to make things easier on me and easier for my customers. Please see each page for different options of cakes, cheesecakes and cupcakes.

HOW DO THE ADD-ONS WORK?

Cake toppers usually gold or silver, and I will choose one that suits the cake best.
I have a range of candles in sophisticated colours/designs, and I will choose the ones that will suit your cake.

For writing on cake/cake board, please put your writing in the notes section of the request form. I will use a font that suits your bake best.

Fresh berries will be those available/in season.

Assorted chocolates will be nut-free by default. Please state any chocolates or candies you might prefer in the notes section of the request form.

Luxury sprinkles come in a range of colours, and I usually default to metallics or single-colour blends. They are chunky and in various shapes, giving an element of elegance to your bake. I will choose the sprinkles that best suit your bake.

DO YOU OFFER ALLERGY-FREE ITEMS?

I offer allergy friendly options - please see each item available for allergy warnings.

Cheesecakes are very easily made gluten friendly and do so at no charge.

Assume all bakes will contain gluten, dairy, and eggs, and potentially contain citrus, nuts, coffee and/or colours.
Please state any allergies in the notes section of the request form. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot ensure an allergy free bake, only allergy friendly. Requests may be declined if I cannot confidently meet your needs. If accepted, adjustments to account for allergies may incur additional costs to cover ingredients used.

This is 100% purely to cover material costs, I make no profit here.

Whilst I can ensure that nothing I use will contradict allergies or dietary preferences, I cannot claim to be a 'free' kitchen as I bake from home. I do make every effort to use separate tools and clean things thoroughly.

DO YOU DO WEDDING OR TIERED CAKES?

As I have limited fridge space and bake in addition to a full-time job, I will not be able to do tiered cakes and wedding cakes. If you would like one of my offering as a wedding or engagement cake, we can look to make that work.
