Recent bakes & desserts for everyone (dietaries/allergies)

I have really hit the ground running and am thoroughly enjoying the challenges and satisfaction of making desserts for everyone.


I celebrated 100 Facebook followers with an assortment of cupcakes for the lucky person who got me over the line.


I have done more cheesecakes, cakes, cupcakes and cake donuts, I have done my first large hybrid cake, and even branched out into fried donuts this evening!


I have been able to maintain the integrity and quality of my baking while adapting for allergies and dietary preferences - in the same weekend I nailed sweet meringue buttercream I also made a vegan version for a set of vegan cupcakes! The fried donuts, again a first (also my first repeat customer woohoo!) were gluten free and were still light, fluffy and tasty.


I look forward to continuing to grow my business and create cakes and bakes for everyone!
